Manager was a jerk and gave leads to his pet. He since left the company. Many of the employees left to start their own ISO, underwriting got much tougher due to industry losses (very risky loans) so approvals both amounts and rates got worse. As an industry it got dirtier and dirtier as the only way to make money was offering multiple positions which put the merchant at huge risk.
