Some employees and leaders whose behavior is viewed as disruptive or toxic are perceived to face limited consequences, which can negatively impact morale and create strain for managers. While employee feedback is consistently requested, there is a sentiment that it is rarely meaningfully applied or reflected in decision-making. At times, executive decisions appear to be made without sufficient engagement or consideration of broader employee input. Furthermore, individuals who are the most vocal may receive disproportionate attention, even when others with legitimate needs remain unheard.
