Fast-paced company with exposure to a wide range of technology. Understanding management/directors with good employee benefits. Lovely modern office space, canteen with a table tennis table and games console. The people at Aztech are what make it - A friendly and approachable bunch of people with extremely good knowledge across all area's of the business. Everyone is helpful and all departments work well as "One Team" No two days are the same and there will always be something new to learn. For me personally, I have always appreciated the flexibility given to me when I have needed it most - I have young children and sometimes childcare issues arise. Aztech are extremely understandable and very forthcoming with needing time away from the office. Its very much a "What you put in, you get out", i.e. - work hard and you will be rewarded!

Who has responsibility of certain areas within the business is sometimes unclear, which leads to having to go straight to directors for help. As the directors are very busy, this can lead to a delay in answers/resolutions which can have a negative impact on the client.
