The salary is not paid on time. It got delayed by 10 days for 4 straight months in 2014, no explanation for it was given either. No Cab service. In addition to not providing the cab service, there are only limited car parking spaces available. If the employee is not able to reach early and grab one of the six available parking spaces, he/she has to park in an unauthorized space and risk getting the tyres deflated or has to pay Rs 100 for parking. No recreational activities. No canteen. Attrition rate is very high. More than 50% have left in the past 6 months or so. No HR manager. No proper software development procedure is followed. Uncertain future.
