Multiple cons if you worked in Global Support operations. To begin with it does not feel like a product support but a BPO. The reason being multiple managers come from BPO background. No streamlined process, promotion of toxic work culture, micromanagement and politics at every stage. It appears to be harassment and our own Indian managers supporting it to justify “bread and butter” meaning the high pay scale and rubbing it to your face every time someone tries to raise their voice. It was a challenge working in the process and every voice that was raised was either ignored or targeted and silently removed. PIP is a recent trending topic for silent layoff by giving unrealistic targets forcing the employee to resign themselves. Unrealistic goals and failure of management. Overall a horrible experience for me apart from the salary that I have received. Think twice before applying especially for GSO.
