Good people doing as much as they can with little support from the executive level, just keep driving to perform & do more with less.
Kontras
Business increased to almost double the budget in the first half of the year but could not add staff without formal request. Employees were made to work until everything is done which made for 12-14 hour days. People leaving from burnout and those that stay & work hard get no recognition.
