Massively under staffed so you will get yelled at by tenants and others. Someone very high up in the company will yell at you in person and in front of everyone if you do anything wrong. Then this someone will talk about you to the other employees that couldn't hear the yelling. Those employed via nepotism get more time off than anyone else. Tenants yell at you constantly. Will not respect PTO or sick leave. Very unprofessional. One of the several managers is out of control and goes on power tirades attempting to change something in order to feel that she/he actually does something in her/his job (everyone admits she/he does nothing). This happens at least once a quarter to the detriment of how the business works. Everyone just hides and trash talks about the aforementioned person. Literally slowing down the speed in which work is done and increasing the time tenants have to wait for what they are paying for. This is terrible because the people working here get yelled at by the tenants due to this. They require you to come on time but the managers don’t ever come on time. The people that are related to the owner or upper management don’t have to come in on time. Low pay. They do anything for a dollar and will cut of their own nose, and you work life, despite themselves. Other employees, especially one of the highest upper’s assistants, will trash talk you in a meeting with everyone there and no one will do anything. Two faced employees People hate this company and will trash your car if you leave your parking pass up in your car. People lie all the time. If you want drama in the office this is the place. If you want employees (including those in management and those in higher positions) to talk about you behind your back and lie to your face about it this is the place for you. No pay raises.
