The current HR person makes a substantial contribution to employee satisfaction, organizational effectiveness, and the maintenance of a positive work environment. He acts as a trusted counselor and champion for both employees and management, ensuring that the company's HR policies are consistent with its strategic goals and values. I recently resigned from the Arya risk management, because I believed the company's responsibility did not include human resources person.
