- Managers have no ides how long each task they assign you will take so they will oush for unreasonable deadlines. - Never got a proper training wheb I first joined but I made froends in Engineering and Design who basically helped me. - Salary is too low for how much the work is and what other companies offer for silar jobs. - If they stop work from home most engineering and design would prefer switching jobs ti a better paying job - No career progression or development for engineering, no new training to keep you hooked and interested.
