Pros
1. Flexibility (work schedule and remote location) 2. People! The company has incredibly capable, professional, down-to-earth talent. ArmorCode's executives are a joy to work for. They show great care, respect, and investment in their team members. 3. Great values and genuine effort to uphold them: Hungry, Humble, Honest, Hardworking, and Human are the '5H' tenets ArmorCoders hold to. 4. ArmorCode's platform is the most powerful and purpose-built in the ASPM space, and everyone knows it. Customers are in love with it and an overwhelming majority renew every year. 5. Employee recognition - good deeds rarely go unnoticed! People are quick to speak highly of others in front of the global team.
Kontras
1. High workload - it's definitely a startup! 2. As a fully remote team there's limited communication (work-related or otherwise) across departmental lines and often within teams - which has impacted areas like productivity, employee engagement, and project planning. 3. Morale is very sensitive to turnover, losses and other negatives, due to 1 and 2. 4. Appetite for success is a little too big. Not enough time/manpower to support current initiatives, and new ones are regularly being started with too little regard for resource limitations.
