I worked at Arjun Rathi Design, and unfortunately, my time there was challenging. The work environment, in my experience, was difficult to navigate, with high expectations and limited support, which took a toll on my mental health. I often found it hard to cope with the pressure, and the lack of constructive feedback made it difficult to improve or grow professionally.
There were also instances where salary payments were delayed, which seemed to impact some employees more than others. Additionally, the workload was heavy, and completing tasks within the given timeframes was often a struggle.
