1. Good Pay 2. Permanent WFH 3. Good work life balance. Though it depends on the project... 4. Company focuses on branding and it seems that it's growing bigger day by day with good projects 5. Found all the team members cooperative and very helpful.
Kontras
1. Leave policies are very bad for India employees. They must provide Sick/Casual Leave as they just currently provide 18 days of Annual Leave in a year. They must provide more days of eligibility for Paternity Leaves. 2. Self-Service tasks related to Payroll are mostly manual and on emails. They must use better software for Payroll related self-service tasks. 3. Payslips provided doesn't have basic minimum information. 4. No welcome kit or anything on joining. It's just the laptop. Laptops provided are also basic ones.
