Office politics at its worst: across sales, pre-sales, product engineering and product management teams. I hear even HR team has it. HR team- led by a chief people officer who is a puppet sitting in the U.S. No connection with middle or lower level management. - Culture & Values - Real culture is to fire people based on their convenience. Lots of freshers laid off in the last one year or so. C suite team - a group of jokers who don't have a vision or rather the vision changes with the c level person being hired.
