Good product Can work remotely sometimes

Very toxic work environment where management look after their mates and nobody else matters Lots of progression promised but training is lacking and only people who play golf at the weekends get promoted. OTE not achievable, they just use it to get people to join. Very high staff turnover. Don't bother getting to know anyone new. The office is really grimy and dimly lit and often asked to work in silence. Not a good atmosphere for staff but they don't seem to notice or care There doesn't seem to be a business plan. Would help if management actually came in and understood the business and sales trainers had picked up a phone in the last 10 years.

* Upstairs sales manager very dynamic, understanding and knowledgeable and do everything possible to help you to succeed * Product is VERY good * Team Leaders are helpful * Everyone willing to help make you a success * You are only competing with yourself for progression and promotions * Tough work, but very much achievable and OTE is exactly as it says it is

* A bit more company success events could be done, maybe an external presentation evening away from the office * Incentive programes for top performs could be better * NEED a marketing team! Like now! it would elevate the business considerably
