As my first job after finishing my studies, Anyfin has been exactly what I imagined a fast-growing company would be like.
My first week gave me a really good introduction to the business. I got to meet people across the company, including C-suite, product, finance, growth, and operations, which helped me quickly understand how the company works. Already on my first day, I started looking into applications to better understand which factors matter when accepting new customers.
One thing I really appreciate about Anyfin is the speed. If you have input or ideas, people genuinely listen and consider them, even if you are new and still in your first month. The people at the office are also incredibly supportive. You can ask anyone for help, and they will take the time to support you.
I think Anyfin has managed to create a very positive atmosphere with smart, kind, and ambitious people. Another thing I value a lot is the company’s customer focus. In the meetings I have been part of, whenever a product change is discussed, the question always comes up: “Is this better for our customers?” If the answer is no, it is not pursued, even if it could be better for the business.

Anyfin is a place where you may be handed open-ended questions or problems to tackle, and it is often up to you to decide how to approach the analysis. There is always someone you can ask for support, but if you prefer very clear step-by-step instructions for every task, this level of ownership and ambiguity could feel a bit daunting at first.
