Flexible time off and friendly

Not a lot of PTO - only 3 weeks a year and this includes sick time.

The engineering department works hard, and really has some fun stuff to do. The environment is fun to be around and it is enjoyable going to work.

There is some preferential treatment to the people who are related to the owner, and most of them do not do much and complain for either having to much work or not being payed enough.
