      complex/big product gives you very good exposure technically as well as from management perspective.. Good onsite / relocation opportunities, however depends upon team / project requirement. good learning curve.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
