Team outings, flexible hours, 24x7 sandwiches and snacks, subsidized lunches, low work load, casual attire allowed, friendly team mates, one of the better companies for a fresher

From a fresher's perspective I couldn't find any cons except I felt the approach to solve a problem that they adopted were sometimes overkill and/or relied on old technologies but guess thats how big companies are.
