      Excellent life work balance. Most of the people are easy going and you can get along.

      Everday life is ok but sometimes is not organized as expected. Some management decisions are also without a rational explanation. And makes you question what happened here.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
