      Good benefits, offers good entry salary, awesome team.

      Kontras

      You get more responsibilities but no increase in salary, if you don't work extra hours you are not seen eligible for a raise, you will have A LOT of leaders and managers, and you will lose a lot of time reporting to each one of them

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
