      The benefits and compensation are competitive, the culture is relaxed and the location is good

      Some of the projects and internal technologies are very outdated and it will make it harder for you to switch jobs cause some of the frameworks are internal and are not used anywhere else. I suppose there must be good projects with good technologies too but you should be very clear with them about what you want.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
