      +No work -life balance (Not good for person with family) +Have attended many a times graveyard shift +Managers are just experienced managers(just because they have 8-10 yrs of work ex ) and they have really bad at management

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
