Worstest Company in india - Functional Test Engineer bei Amdocs: Mitarbeiterbewertung

i joined amdocs more than a month ago , i deployed in very psycho lead's team he's mentally sick i don't how would he stayed more than 6 years. since i joined his team he is torchuring , harrasing and insulting me front of whole team i'm not the only one he misbehaves with every one , once i thought to commit suicide then i thought about my parents if i would commit suicide how will they live without me but i sware i hate this company and work environment either i can't work here or resign i dont know what i do.?
