No worklife balance. Low salary as compared to industry standard. Learning curves flattens very quickly . Obsolete technology. Quality of new hire is degrading day by day. No innovation happening , which is bad for company long term growth. Lots of good developers leaving the company. Management thinks they can hire freshers with lower salary and make them do the same work with same quality as experienced guys do it.
