Amazon name and pay is very good for area

Toxic culture, no onboarding, same problem as normal Amazon, as they lay off the bottom 10 percent every year, usually targeting legacy teams as they deliver less. Deliveries are based on literal deliveries, not taking into account complexity, and managers are all useless too. Stay away!
