      It depends if you have managers that value hard work and experience or working with their favorites. Then hard work is what will matter.

      Favoritism over hard work is common and seems like a fraternity is running UIS and it goes unchecked by senior ops and they are ok with it.

      Flexible schedule with good pay. Personally, my management is really good. Facility is good.
