Pros
I worked for 7 months at Alphagreen and the experience was amazing. The team was multicultural, I worked in the Spanish section but with a regular chat with the workers of Italy, France, Japan, Germany, or UK, among others. The job was stimulating, as I was in charge of the Spanish site, and my managers were supporting me in any endeavor. At the same time, I had a great deal of space for develop my own initiative within the project. I would recommend this job to anyone who is looking for a challenging but easygoing job, in a friendly environment that helps you to thrive. In addition, working from home is something that I welcomed greatly, especially in this time of the pandemic, as I could avoid going to the underground in the rush hour.
