My coworkers in the low voltage side of the business have obtained their BISCI certifications and others in information technology have obtained ShoreTel/Mitel, SolarWinds and Business Continuity certifications. Customers are treated well. Management wishes to keep customers happy for the long haul and not take advantage of them which I can't say for other managed service providers (MSPs) I've worked for. Management is flexible when it comes to adjusting the schedule for you. Should you have a doctor's appointment or just need to leave for a personal reason.

Some travel is required but a company vehicle is provided along with full insurance, fuel and maintenance covered by the company.
