This is an extremely toxic, dishonest, and exploitative company. There is zero appreciation, zero growth, and zero respect for employees. People are forced to work 24×7, including weekends, yet salaries are irregular and uncertain. After employees leave, the company deliberately cheats them by not paying salary, EL, and extra work compensation. This is not a delay—it is a planned denial of hard-earned money.The management is pathetic, leadership is incompetent, and the CEO is at the core of this toxic culture, enabling exploitation, favoritism, and fear-based control. Policies change based on personal bias, not fairness. Exit processes are designed to mentally harass employees.
