No real project engineering work - Onboarded using an email from two previous juniors used since they weren't bothered to even make a work email for new juniors - Mocking comments as a junior saying you won't be around for long given the previous two juniors didn't. - Ongoing hiring activity during early tenure raised concerns about role stability - Communication between project engineers at times felt more adversarial than cooperative
