There are too many issues here. It feels like only a few individuals are truly in charge, while everyone else, especially the new hires, has to bend over backward to please them just to get through the day. One boss is pulling the strings, and as an employee, you are left feeling vulnerable, as they can easily pull the floor out from under you whenever they want. I was part of a wonderful company when I was lured into the role of Account Executive. The salary was attractive, and the work-from-home model suited me perfectly. During the interview process, I received fantastic feedback and was led to believe that this was the ideal company for me—one that would support and enhance my future. However, just a couple of months later, I was discarded without warning, right when I was about to close several deals within a week!! To make matters worse, I was forced to hand over the details of an enterprise client I had brought on board for my previous company to their 'star performer.' I had to make introductions and was slyly removed from the account just a day before I was informed that my services were no longer needed, with claims of 'poor calendar management.' Seriously??! I was left in shock, filled with anger, disappointment, and frustration—a whirlwind of emotions that I can't even fully articulate. This experience has left a significant mark on my otherwise healthy work life, which took a disastrous turn when I joined this company. I have since struggled with depression, a lack of confidence, and self-doubt. I still have nightmares about what I went through, and I wouldn’t wish that experience on anyone. My sincere advice is: please do not leave your current job for a joke of a company like Agility PR Solutions. Make sure to do your due diligence.
