- Very poor openness and diversity in the company, if you are not a Quebecor good luck having anyone reach out. The younger team of architects are very closed off, talk about others and it creates a toxic cosmetics environment. Also there is present favouritism within the compact, especially coming from management, some people are not given the chance at all…even VPs used to talk badly about other VPs.
