From many minuses that are there in this company the worst I think is the incompetent management. People are promoted based on how long are in the company and/or if they are bros with the senior management and executives, no matter the fact that they have very little expertise or worse - totally zero people skills in the positions where they manage people. Employees then dont have anyone to talk to about these struggles with micromanagement and autocratic, toxic management style and a lot of people left because of that even before the layoffs. And the bad in this worst is that HR knows about this and yet, they do nothing, because they cannot do anything as these people are bros and are untouchable. In the end it have been managerial decisions that got company to the struggles where it is now.
