Once you get used to a 12 hr rotation schedule, the schedule is fine..... Pay is adaquete.

Managers give you the world if you cry and complain about people who are truly better at doing their job than you are. Tech's are lazy, TL's are even more lazy. No accountability for anyone else there, pass the buck.
