Training is long process but it is good because of what we make

Management is awful and does not hide favoritism. They do not care for employee health, they expect you to come in even if you are throwing up, and even as a production worker. This means that they are totally okay with their products being contaminated with viruses. If you miss time for being ill, they will fire you, potentially not even letting you finish training. And no they will not warn you of any of this prior to doing it.
