Kontras
Company meetings are just a bunch of corporate buzzwords repeated over and over. Our processes and systems are constantly changing - you can hardly keep up with the emails and announcements. Frequent system issues. We keep getting more added to our plate with no increase in compensation (which is severely lacking). Management is out of touch, expectations are high and lots of micromanaging. Swapping managers every 2-3 years because there are a few that nobody wants to get stuck with. Management focuses heavily on productivity, which makes it hard to really learn new processes and systems when you're just trying to get as much out the door as you can. Some processes are really complex and it is difficult to find help. They are trending towards more in person mandatory meetings that are entirely unnecessary - nobody is happy to be there, nor do they feel appreciated. Many processors are burnt out. They don't seem to be hiring enough people to match our work load. We are currently working mandatory overtime. Vacation time is limited, as well as the days you are allowed to use it. Really not feeling the 'Acuity loves you' vibes.
