Good mission. Newer company allows for greater creativity.

Culture needs to be improved. Managers can be punitive, micro-managing and lacks accountability so you have some in leadership who've been there a while but lack people leading skills. Because of the for-profit nature, too strong emphasis on increasing revenue leading to poor job security. Need better ongoing incentives and rewards for performance. Pay could be better. Vacation and benefits need to be improved. Only about 1 week vacation.
