Fisrt thing is, interview process. they asked me to write some test and asked me to leave for the day after the test and they called me for the next day interview process. after completion of the test they asked all candidates to assemblein small room,later ceo and founder ( both are same) asked the candidates to introduce themselves . ceo asks about what is the role exactly you came for and explains about the company and he said that, if you get selected you will be trained in some business management techniques which will be useful for future growth.

after that face to face round with ceo. mostly every candidate will get selected and they will give offer letter. after that they'll allocate one employee for the candidate. he took me to the coffee day and explains about the role and face to face marketing. if we asks about salary, ceo says that he don't believe in fixed salary and you need to earn by doing hard work. the main thing is, we need to go door to door and knock saying that we came for fund raising for plan India which is an NGO and making them to believe this. if we raise the fund of rs.1200 and we get comission of rs.200+change. we shouldn't take the cash and amount should be in the form of cheque or online transaction by filling some useless forms.
