New Business drying up fast as nobody knows what the future plans are. Staff last to know of any updates (you'll know more by the papers). Merger seems to be a nice way to cut benefits. Taking on a LOT of new staff and seem determined to wave goodbye to experienced staff leaving a huge knowledge gap which has a very negative impact on clients (and staff). Little or no scope for development.
