Pros
-Aerospace Projects are good, -Liberal at office hours (depends on which team you are in) - very good company for experienced more than 7-8 years.
Kontras
- Delay in Crediting Allowance.(even though they are very less) - Onsite opportunities are person favored. - lunch & dinner food is pathetic, feels like hell. - No appraisal for for freshers till two years (sometimes around 2.5 years). - Appraisal cycle is unstable. - HR Policies are not employee friendly. No proper response from HR. -No own office building. (KBP building is already old and not good)
