Pros
We had to make the call at the end of last year as to whether I would return to work or leave our 3-month-old at day-care. The answer was simple for us - we wanted at least one parent to be at home with her. When we came across AVirtual, we found it the best of both worlds, I was able to work (and bring in the second income) but at the same time be with my daughter at home. I would not change it for the world.

I used to drive over an hour to get to work. Although off the bat that sounds like a positive - missing the traffic - I found it hard to sometimes get in the headspace of work since I was still at home. It took me a few weeks to find my groove but I can imagine for some, that can become quite a challenge and could take much longer. It is definitely worth the challenge.
