Pros
Leadership in ATT is very easy-going and works with an open-door concept, and not many red-tapes and bureaucracy. There are processes in place, but colleagues are mostly willing to find ways to work around things when comes to urgency and need to resolve matters. Remuneration and benefits are not the best in the market but are reasonable and fair. Career progression is also dependent on the individual whether he or she has the drive to take on more leadership roles to prove him or herself.

As an SME, roles are not too defined, and there are times when one needs to also cover other areas not within the job scope. Work-life balance may somehow be compromised.
