worst manpower arrangement & workload distribution. I do not understand why a graduate traninee who attended HKIA scheme A in mechanical engineer was assigned to charge the building drawing and site coordination in Electrical trade without any guide from supervisor. Also, those supervisor intended to leave the responsible to the graduate trainee to handle the problem. What an horrible work experience.
