1. Kinda Fake Product-Based Identity First of all, this company calls itself “product-based” but has no actual product-based-mindset, no innovation, and no long-term vision. It’s just a chaotic setup trying to look fancy on paper. 2. Interns / Juniors Used Like Tissue Paper Hired at ₹10K with a dream of a full-time role. Then either thrown away after 6 months with shamelessly denying what they said or, just increase your internship period. There are lots of interns who are working as an intern for almost a year instead of 6 months. 3. Work Culture = Abuse Be ready for 12–14 hour workdays, 7 days a week, with almost zero holidays. Your weekends, national holidays, and health mean nothing here. You will lose everything Health, Money, Self-respect. Holiday plan ? - forget Visiting your loved ones ? - forget 4. VP Calls You at 1–2AM Without Warning Random night calls. Sudden meetings at insane hours. Absolutely no respect for boundaries or humanity. And, some managers follow this toxic footstep religiously. 5. Leadership by Bigmouths, Not Actual Leaders Here, the louder you talk, the faster you rise. Actual skills, knowledge, or integrity are completely irrelevant. 6. B*tt-Licking is the Only Skill that Matters If you're not a bootlicker, you're invisible. Promotions and visibility go to those who’ve mastered the art of Flattery and mastered the art of Backstabbing, not those who actually know anything. 7. Managers Are Clueless Micromanagers Almost every team is led by managers who are technically blind, clown and emotionally toxic. They specialise in micromanaging, exploiting, and credit-stealing. 8. HR Is a Hypocrisy Circus HR lectures you on professionalism while violating it themselves. Instead of supporting employees, they enable abuse and silence real concerns. 9. Recognition is a Joke Years of work? Zero increment. Zero recognition. Your hard work will be stolen, rebranded, and presented by someone who does nothing but sweet-talk management. Even if not, forget about recognition / appreciation. 10. No Raises, No Promotions, No Career Even top performers are treated like disposable labor. Growth is a lie they sell to keep you stuck. Only growth is, thickness of your skin. 11. Tech Stack Held Together by Panic Leadership lacks basic understanding of technology. Poor planning, outdated practices, and zero vision make development feel like a sinking ship project. 12. Emotionally Destructive This company will crush your confidence, burn out your energy, and leave you doubting your career choices. There’s no support, no empathy, just pure-toxic pressure. Final Thoughts: I genuinely hope this ship sinks fast and deep, because no one deserves to suffer inside it anymore. To anyone considering joining: Don’t. Just don’t. Save your soul. Even if you are fresher, please try to consider other companies, your career will be saved.

Weekly policy changes were implemented without advance notice and applied retroactively to all staff rather than addressing specific individuals. Dress code memo prohibited tights for all staff in response to specific individuals, further limiting appropriate clothing options in a warehouse environment. YouTube and visual content prohibited a month into tenure, with audio limited to music only, eliminating mental stimulation (e.g. news, podcast, etc.) during repetitive, isolated work in a locked room. A water bottle used every day for a month without issue and was even complimented by one of the supervisors, suddenly became prohibited according to the same supervisor weeks later (there is no exaggeration here, unfortunately). Book tracking quota requirement was introduced despite significant daily downtime — approximately forty-five minutes each morning and after lunch, waiting to be logged in or for books to arrive yet a daily scanning quota was imposed despite these systemic delays. Management is fickle, unorganized, and lacking competence. The work environment is unpredictable, and staff are set up for failure.
