Great leadership and very flexible. Hard work is rewarded. Few companies these days seem to be growing like this one.

Small company and volunteers can be difficult. There is a lot of changes due to growth so that can be challenging.

Pros

AMTA has changed a great deal over the last few years and it shows. Leadership pays attention and wants to create an environment where staff feels engaged and valued. Work/life balance and benefits are great, and the current teams are very collaborative.

Kontras

Advancement will always be a challenge in mid size organizations and leadership is working to better define what that looks like.

Remote Policy Good Work/Life balance

Poor upper management. CEO Jeff Flom spews platitudes in an effort to appear as though he is listening and cares about employees. In reality, he has proven he will do whatever it takes to cement his own position within the company and satiate the Board of Directors. He is a weak, self-first leader who does not care about the employees that make the company go.
