They will suck you dry and spit you out .The management is not transparent .Do not encourage knowledge sharing .If you share too much knowledge then you will become redundant and will be laid-off. I have seen all the good people leave in front of me .Bad people have a group and whomsoever does not comply with their expectations shall be laid off .If you do not become a part of this group of the know-all then forget about any recognition for work .People have fallen sick due to stress related issues.
