      good team environment. The work culture is very friendly. The management is very pro active and motivating to work. The benefits are also good.

      there are no specific cons as such. but to move into a different domain and work is little difficult in this firm.

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
