Terrible work environment/culture - Software Engineer bei AMD: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I worked in the Markham office. Horrible work ethics, expectations. Sometimes, employees have to stay in the office till midnight, it's crazy. Even interns have to stay till 7-8pm especially when a project deadline is approaching. The employees at least in my team had no life outside of work so I guess they didn't mind working long hours. Working with them everyday was kinda depressing because all we talked about was work. They didn't have any hobbies, side projects or just didn't want to share. Felt very isolating to work here.
