      Pros

      Grundsätzlich sind alle, mit denen ich bei AMBOSS arbeite (oder gearbeitet habe), wirklich freundlich, offen und hilfsbereit. Sie werden hier tolle Menschen treffen. Es herrscht im Allgemeinen eine sehr positive Atmosphäre (manchmal vielleicht sogar mangelhaft). Es gibt eine gute Feedbackkultur und das Management ist bestrebt, so transparent wie möglich zu sein. Das Unternehmen versucht, die Mitarbeiter wo immer möglich unterzubringen - Dinge wie Remote-Arbeiten oder ein etwas flexibler Arbeitszeitplan waren nie ein Problem und es gibt einige großartige Vorteile. Schließlich ist AMBOSS zwar immer noch ein privates Unternehmen, das Einnahmen generieren muss, aber ich glaube, dass AMBOSS tatsächlich seinen Werten und seiner Mission verpflichtet ist, was ein sehr motivierender Faktor ist.

      AMBOSS ist in relativ kurzer Zeit sehr stark gewachsen. Nicht alle internen Organisationsstrukturen etc. haben sich in gleichem Maße (oder optimal) skaliert, so dass es manchmal zu etwas unklarer Kommunikation und ähnlichen Problemen kommt. Außerdem gibt es eine gewisse Tendenz, nicht zu viel "Negativität" zu haben (mangels eines besseren Begriffs), was dazu führen kann, dass Probleme nicht angesprochen werden.

      Pros

      Fun workplace. Travel to different office locations. Fun colleagues. Solid PTO. Office parties, and lots of food and booze!

      Kontras

      Pay! Seriously way underpaid. Also, no bonuses, or equity. Didn’t check your email over the weekend to respond to a client? Slap on the wrist. (Want me to check my emails on a weekend? Pay me more.) No possibility to move up in most roles, unless you’re in engineering or product development. This place is a revolving door. People quit or get fired all the time. I’ve stopped learning new employee’s names. Management here is as diverse as my taste in wines. White and cold.
