Dynamic employees are being lead by spineless management and director. Growth opurtunities are negligible. The director does not know to take a single stand for his employees. False promises are made by the management regarding the career of the employees. Employees are paid like peanuts. No proper career path for Risk Engineering employees. The management seems to overlook all issues and grievances raised by employees. The HR is like a deaf and dumb team of 3 to 4 people who are even unaware of their own policies that they make.
